We have had a fantastic experience with five star. Our daughter enjoyed her time there. Every week they were doing new and stimulating activities. Each time we dropped her off, every teacher greeted her and was excited to see her, knowing her by name from the very first day even those not teaching in her classroom. The management was always quick to respond and address any concerns/questions we had. We truly have no complaints and will recommend to others

5 Star is the first time in 5 years that I have used a daycare. My older daughter never attended daycare and my younger daughter did not start daycare until she was 2. I was very nervous but am very happy and confident in my choice with 5 Star Learning center. I've seen reviews about the teachers not being compassionate with the children, not having them dressed, issues with the app, etc.
While I can say the app is not always updated on time, that is the least of my worries because I feel confident that she is being taken care of. I do have a child that has a rough time with drop offs and her teachers have always handled the situation with grace and care for her. They hold her, they try to distract her and sometimes will take her to the window so we can blow kisses and wave. Any time I have picked her up, she has been fully dressed and ready to go and her belongings are always back in her diaper bag. She has never come home dirty or with missing items. When I pick her up, her teacher spends a few moments talking to me about her day and they have always been transparent with me about things that I can work on with my daughter at home.
The facility is clean when I'm there, its always decorated absolutely adorably, I see the crafts that the kids do hanging around the classrooms, etc.
I have always had great communication with the staff and theyve always answered any messages through the app in a timely manner. They do so many fun things with the kids and I feel that my younger daughter has really excelled since she has been going here.
I would definitely recommend this center and am thankful to have found a place that I can trust with my baby.
